Truck jerks in reverse

So afterI finished my auto to manual conversion on my s13 I went to fire my car up and she jerks back.. Wtf I cant seem to get it out of reverse so I jack the rear tires up and turn the key and she starts right up but she is stuck in reverse and I cant pop it out of gear.. only thing left to do iw bleed the slave cylinder I just wanted to get some Ideas on what my problem might be...Sep 10, 2012 · Discussion Starter · #1 · Sep 10, 2012. I would also suspect the low output of alternator as causing the PCM detecting low voltage and setting high line pressure in transmission to try and preserve it. When I put the van in reverse it hesitates for about 3 seconds before it engages. It does this when it is cold and when warm, although a little quicker to engage when it is cold.
